Since the book release on July 28, I have enjoyed hearing the positive response of this book from individuals to business owners. It has touched many. I am pursuing the publicizing of the book through newspaper articles and other media. The Inlet Messanger printed a wonderful article, expressing the advantages to my advice in the book. Two weeks ago, I received a call from NY requesting my appearance in Time Square to receive a Guild Award for my excellence. An interview was to take place December 4, on a red carpet with some profound writers of today. Unfortunately, I am not able to attend, for I have a family vacation scheduled in Mexico. Family vacations take precedence, I am looking for someone to accept the award. I am excited about receiving an award, knowing this is worth the price of admission. If you think "7 habits" is good or knowing a single "secret" works, well how about 30+ habits and secrets and bits of wisdom. This book is fast paced, diverse, and keeps you on your toes. If you are bogged down or in a rut, give this book a read. Some advice is straight forward, while other contributors are a bit more philosophical. For me, the best chapter was about goal-setting and it was the most intense, in-depth How-To guide for making a list of goals and To-Do's that I've ever seen. Let me just say, I dog-eared, highlighted, and took notes on many many pages and I'll be going back to this book again.

NEGOTIATION SEMINAR

LOAN MODIFICATION RESULTS

Purchased 15 homes in various locations directly from the bank for just almost $100,000. These homes are single family three bedrooms. All fees, titles and closing is included in fee. My plan is to sell these homes immediately by placing owner in the homes with a passive income monthly. As an example; $400 per month will equate to $6000 gross. I am waiting to receive the deeds and all the necessary documents and contracts needed. I will keep you informed with the progress.

MBIC had volunteered to help with a fundraiser where 18 business men dressed as women for a full blown Cutie Pie Beauty Pageant. This fundraiser involved five children charities of Horry County. We managed to raise over $42,000. We were all very proud women, I mean MEN.
MBIC is devising a new charity for the coming christmas of 2010. I believe one of the most important aspect to christmas for a family is a christmas tree. We are in the midst of negotiating a deal to help deliver christmas trees to families in need. There will be more information delivered as to the sponsor and needs for MBIC to successfully help. We will ask for volunteers.

Griffin Mini Storage is now open for business. Located in Pickens, South Carolina, on Pumpkintown Highway. This storage facility consist of 38 10X10 Units for only $35 a month, few are available. This facility is approximately 20 minutes from Lake Keowee. The future plans of Griffin Mini Storage is to have boat and trailer storage encompassed by a fence.
